PLAYLIST 2 DIRECTOR
Each Monday and Thursday, B-Water will be sending playlist as follow :
1 - select the versions they want to show
2 - Change status of the versions and of the task to “pending director”
3 - Go to the media page of SG.
4 - Select your playlist
5 - Make sure the versions are sorted by link, following the chronology of the movie.
6 - Click on “share” and “share via client review site”
7 - If you need to put comment or note, you can write it in “add a message to this version” (1). It can also be added in the playlist page of SG.
Make sure settings are correct (2).
When a version is approved, it will have the green dot (4)
Share with (3) : Benoit Godbout, Anouk L'heureux, Sabrina Paternostro, Léa Nivet, Mick Landry Almeida et François Vachon.
You can add whoever need to see the notes and playlist on your side too !!
You can write a message if you'd like and send it.

PLAYLIST 2 COPRODS
After director approval, we can send the versions to the co-producers. It can be on Fridays.
We can do a playlist with block and spline for continuity. They can see both step and give notes on both. We'll check the notes each time to make sure it's not too much regarding the size of the project.
1 - Select the versions they want to show. Only group of shots or full seq.
2 - Change status of the versions and of the task to “pending producer”
3 - Go to the playlist page on SG and write comment in the “reason for review”(2)
Please note if it's BLOCKING or SPLINE. Please note the beginning and the end of the seq.
4 - Go to the media page of SG.
5 - Select your playlist
6 - Make sure the versions are sorted by link, following the chronology of the movie. Lock the playlist.
7 - Click on “share” and “share via client review site”
8 - You'll send that to the following persons : Marie-Claude Beauchamp, Andrew Baker, Carys Rowan, Darren Chouigs, David Freedman, Anouk Lheureux, Sabrina Paternostro, Léa Nivet.
9 - Then please send an email to the same people with the following information.

You can put the statuses here in “approved”, 'retake" or “TBD” sometimes :D !
